Ann knows what it is like to move to a new state because of a corporate relocation! Her family moved from North Yarmouth, ME to San Jose, CA in 2003 and back to Cumberland in 2005. Her children ranged in age from 1 to 12 at the time and she had to find housing, schools, baseball teams, cub scouts, doctors...you name it! We are here to make that transition easier for our clients.

Personal
As a Maine native, Ann knows a lot about this wonderful state and its towns. She has lived in Central Maine and in Southern Maine. She has owned property in Pittsfield, Unity, Burnham, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland,and North Yarmouth. She has worked with buyers and sellers from Somerset County to York County.

Ann's children have attended public schools in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland and North Yarmouth, as well as Cheverus High School in Portland. They also attended Montessori pre-schools in Falmouth.

Ann graduated from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire with a Psychology major and a concentration in French and Italian. She studied abroad for two semesters and has traveled around the world.

In her spare time she sings in a Sweet Adeline chorus, the Royal River Chorus (www.royalriver.org) and in a female barbershop quartet, Rally. She also renovates houses for re-sale.
